Leonard Auction is dedicated to providing the best possible experience for buyers. From our spacious auction house and detailed catalogs to various bidding options, we strive to enable buyers to easily obtain the items they desire.
Inspecting Iems:
Auction Previews: Leonard Auction holds public previews before each auction. Additionally, we open our doors early on the day of the auction for last minute previewing. The preview periods allow you to personally inspect each and every item for sale. This is also a time to ask questions of our staff members regarding the auction or a particular item.
Catalogs: Leonard Auction has a full color catalog online for each auction at least a week prior to the sale date. The catalog contains all pertinent information about the sale and a detailed listing, with photographs or every item offered for sale. Printed copies of the catalog are available for purchase at the auction house.
General Auction Information:
Live Bidding: Far and away the most exciting way to bid in one of our auctions is to attend the sale in person and bid live. When you enter the auction house on the day of sale, simply register at the front desk with photo identification. You will receive a bid number that will allow you to bid on any item in the sale.
Absentee Bidding: If you are unable to attend the auction in person, you may fill out our Absentee Bid Form and Leonard Auction will bid competitively on your behalf.
Telephone Bidding: If you are unable to attend the auction in person, you may request a phone bid. During the auction, a Leonard Auction representative will call you and place bids at your discretion. In general phone bids are reserved for those items with an estimate of at least $200.
Download the Phone Bid form.
Internet Bidding: All of our auctions are internet enabled through ProxiBid. As a registered ProxiBid bidder, you may either leave an absentee bid or bid live as the auction occurs.
