We are easily reached by telephone at 630-495-0280 as well as by email. Or simply stop by our Auction House and speak with a Leonard Auction team member. We are open 6 days-a-week and are always available to answer your questions and find a solution for your estate. An appointment is never needed. We are located at 1765 W. Cortland Ct., Suite D in Addison, Illinois. We are open Monday - Saturday 10:00am - 4:00pm.

Step 2:
EVALUATION

We will schedule an evaluation of your estate for cleanout. Our evaluations are always complimentary and will allow us to learn about your situation and begin to develop a custom cleanout plan for you. The evaluation will also allow you to learn about our company and the process of cleaning out an estate.

Step 3:
ESTATE PLAN

We will present you with a written plan detailing the cleanout of your estate. Our custom plan includes every aspect of the cleanout including all terms, timelines and fees. We will gladly discuss our proposal with you and present a written contract for the cleanout of your estate.

Step 4:
ESTATE CLEAN OUT

We always conduct a professional, efficient and respectful cleanout. Every cleanout solution includes:

• Professionals who will carefully remove items from your estate without damage to the home
• Document destruction for sensitive materials
• Regular updates on the progress of the cleanout
• Donation of useable items to local charities
