Leonard Auction recognizes that liquidating an estate is often an emotional, exhausting and daunting task. We have the resources, knowledge and experience to find a solution for all of your estate needs. Leonard Auction is the only estate liquidation firm in the Chicago area offering a complete line of services including estate sales (tag sales), estate auctions and eBay auctions. Additionally we offer certified personal property appraisals for estate and IRS requirements. Unlike other firms, we do not limit our services to one type of sale because each and every estate is different and requires a custom solution.

Step 1:

We are easily reached by telephone at 630-495-0280 as well as by email. Or simply stop by our Auction House and speak with a Leonard Auction team member. We are open Monday - Saturday 10am - 4pm, and are always available to answer your questions and develop a solution for your estate. An appointment is never needed. We are located at 1765 W. Cortland Ct., Suite D in Addison, Illinois.

Step 2:
EVALUATION

We will schedule an evaluation of your estate. Our evaluations are always complimentary and will allow us to learn about your situation and begin to develop a custom plan for you. The evaluation will also allow you to learn about our company and the process of selling an estate.

During the evaluation, we will ask many questions, including:
What items in the estate need to be sold? What is the time-frame to sell the estate?

We will also evaluate:
The condition and salability of the items in the estate The location and setup of the estate

Step 3:
SALE PLAN

We will present you with a written plan detailing the best method to sell your estate. Our custom estate plan details every aspect of your sale, including all terms, timelines and commissions. We will gladly discuss our proposal with you and present a written contract to sell your estate.

Step 4:
CONDUCT THE SALE

Regardless of the method used to sell your estate, we always conduct a professional, efficient and respectful sale. Step 5:
SETTLEMENT

After the sale has concluded, Leonard Auction will present you with a settlement for the estate. The settlement will include a company check with the proceeds from your sale and a detailed list of the items that were sold.
