Ames Mfg Co., brass basket cross guard having a wire wrapped leather covered wood handle, the upper blade signed “U.S. ADK” on one side and “Ames Mfg. Co. Cabotville 1852” on reverse, steel metal scabbard having two steel loops; together with a World War I United States calvary saber, the upper blade signed “SA 1914” on one side and “US 23102” on the reverse, straight blade having a heavy hand guard
