Having D-shaped hand guard marked “USCG” including wire over ray skin handle and leather over metal scabbard, blade marked “Gaunt” and “Made USA” on each side of ricasso; unsharpened blade having recipient name “Richard H Hunt”, naval insignias and “U.S.C.G” engraved throughout
