Undated, (2) items uniformly matted behind glass in wood frames including signed lower left of center, depicting shorebirds alighting at water’s edge; and signed lower right depicting a boat at a wharf; together with Emily Parker Groom (American, 1876-1975) a landscape oil on board marked “Emily Groom / Spring Morning” en verso, having a gold-tone wood frame; and a sampler having faded, indistinctly stitched “CORA*A*ROE 1853” above lower border, framed behind glass
